Once the crafting period is complete, the delivery time will be counted from that point. If our stock arrives earlier than the predicted timeframe, we may fulfil and dispatch your order as soon as possible. You will receive a notification with the details of your order once it is fulfilled and sent out for delivery. Missed Delivery:
If your order was delivered but the customer was not available or, for any reason, did not receive the item during the delivery attempt, the package may be sent back to us. In such cases, we will notify you to pay for redelivery at all costs. We regret to inform you that we are unable to cover the redelivery cost.
If the customer decides they no longer want the item, and the order includes personalized items, unfortunately, a refund cannot be processed for the personalized items. When assessing the order for a potential refund, if granted, the customer must note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
