Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer a refund once an order has been placed, except in the following circumstances:

  1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our team via email within 24 hours of submitting the order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that if your order has already been prepared and has gone out for shipment within this timeframe, we are unable to process a refund. 

Refund Process for Cancellations:

  1. Email our team within 24 hours of placing the order, clearly stating your intention to cancel.
  2. If the order is eligible for cancellation, we will confirm and process the refund to the original payment method. 
  3. Prepared Orders and Shipment: Once our team has prepared your order and it has been dispatched for shipment, we are unable to refund the order. 

Note on Personalized Items:

Please be aware that personalized items are crafted uniquely for you and are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once the order has been confirmed.
